High efficiency solar cell equipment and technology National Engineering Research Center
In November 2021, the National Engineering Research Center for High Efficiency Solar Cell Equipment and Technology jointly built by Fujian Jinshi Energy Co., Ltd., Fujian Junshi Energy Co., Ltd., Fujian Xinfeng 2D Material Technology Co., Ltd. and 13 units including Nankai University and Peking University was approved to be established.
The approved establishment of the center means that the development of China's photovoltaic industry has made a major historic breakthrough. It is one of the first batch of National Engineering Research Center approved during the 14th Five Year Plan period and since the implementation of the new National Engineering Research Center Management Measures. It is also the third National Engineering Research Center approved in Fujian Province in more than 20 years, and the second National Engineering Research Center led by enterprises. The approval of this engineering center is of great historical significance under the strategic layout of China's dual carbon emission reduction.
